I am curently offer a series of 4 workshops introducing key concepts and techniques that support wellbeing.  


The sessions are a great way to develop your knowledge and understanding of negative states of mind and feeling, and gain practical skills that may enable you to manage your emotions and develop your ability to cope more effectively with change and challenge.

The group sessions will offer a relaxed, friendly, sharing and non-judgmental atmosphere. I will present information, practical advice and guidance regarding emotional wellbeing and lead discussions relative to the attendee’s topics of concern and interest.

Members will be encouraged to identify personal goals and take action towards achieving them. During the sessions many exercises will be completed together enabling us to benefit from one another’s feedback. Following personal practice between sessions everyone will have the opportunity to provide updates on their personal progress and discuss the areas where they have benefited and the areas that need developing.


In the workshops you will identify obstacles preventing you from determining the life you wish to lead.  You will be encouraged to set goals and, taking from a range of techniques including: EFT, NLP, self-hypnosis, CBT, positive thinking, guided visualisation/meditations and self empowerment exercises, you will be provided with practical skills, tools that will enable you to manage your emotions and sense of wellbeing and increase your ability to achieve your life ambitions.



The 4 week course costs £120. Refreshments will be provided.


You can upgrade to receive 2 personal 1-1 sessions with me for £270
